• In your email, please provide full name, email, number, address, order number & brief reason for the return on the item(s) you wish to return.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with approval or further instructions.

Due to our limited stock, we do not offer direct refunds. If you wish to refund an item, you must return the original item for a credit note and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

We only offer full refunds if the garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 14 days from purchase date with an image of the damage along with your order number to info@sonnobyjana.com for further review.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
• Items must be sent back via a trackable shipping method. Sonno by Jana is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments.
• In the case of an exchange, once we have received and verified the returned item, we will ship out the new item.
